SquadBox Cargo Storage for the Jeep Wrangler JK and JKU (2007-2018)
SquadBox has been built for the 4-door JK Unlimited since the beginning, in versions for 2007–2011 and 2011–2018, with and without the subwoofer. On the JK the top leaf can also drop to a lower bracket, which gives you more height for tall loads without giving up the lock.

Which JK version do you need?
Your year decides the generation. If your JK has the Alpine subwoofer, choose yes.
The JK drop bracket
On JKU models the top leaf drops to a lower bracket, sits flat on the floor, or comes out entirely. If you haul tall gear more often than you haul flat gear, this is worth knowing about before you order.
Still worth it on an older Jeep?
A 2012 JKU is worth less than it was, which makes people hesitate at $1,549. The honest answer: the box outlasts the Jeep. It unbolts and moves to the next one, as long as the next one is a 4-door Wrangler in a generation we build for.
What JK owners use it for
The JKU has a deep cargo area and almost no way to lock anything in it. SquadBox turns that space into two locked compartments and a flat deck you can sit on to pull your boots off.
Works with your top
Hardtop, soft top, or nothing at all. The unit sits inside the tub, so it does not interfere with the hardtop seal.
Specs for the JKU
Interior approx. 37" W x 31" D x 15" H, over 10 cubic feet.
JK questions
All FAQ →Yes. Fitment is by year, 4-door body and whether you have the Alpine subwoofer. Rubicon, Sahara, Willys and Sport trims use the same cargo tub, so they take the same SquadBox.
Yes. SquadBox sits inside the tub and works with a tonneau or cargo cover if you want more weather protection on top of the locked box.
Yes. SquadBox mounts in the cargo area behind the rear seats. Fold the seats when you need a longer load path; the box stays where it is.
