SquadBox turns the back of your 4-door Wrangler into locked, organized storage without drilling a single hole. The lid and front panel each lock on their own, so you can pull the top and the doors off and your gear still stays put. Both panels flip and lift out in about a minute, so the same box hauls a cooler and a bike one weekend and locks down camera gear the next.

How it works

Lock it with the top off.
The lid has its own locking mechanism, so it does not depend on your tailgate being shut. Doors off, top off, tailgate down, gear locked.

Flip the panels for the trip you are on.
Both the top leaf and the front leaf reverse. One way gives you a sealed, locked box at the mall. The other gives you open access on the trail without taking anything off the Jeep.

Drop it, lift it, or pull it out.
The top leaf drops to a lower bracket for taller loads, goes all the way to the floor, or comes out entirely. The front leaf pulls out for a full-length bed.

Two small lockers for the things you do not leave out.
The 5" x 5" compartments behind the rear seats hold a wallet, a sidearm, keys, a camera body, a fishing reel.

Does it fit your Jeep?
SquadBox is built for 4-door Wranglers only. There is no 2-door version. The Alpine subwoofer changes the shape of the unit, so check whether your Jeep has it before ordering. If you are not sure, the subwoofer sits in the driver-side rear corner behind a mesh cover.

You can do this yourself
No drilling, no cutting, no trip to a shop. SquadBox mounts to existing points in your Jeep's floor and tub using hand tools and the hardware that comes with it. Most people have it in and loaded in an afternoon. It comes out just as cleanly if you sell the Jeep.

No. It mounts to existing points in the Jeep's floor and tub with the included hardware and hand tools.
We currently have units for JKU, JLU and 4xe models. We do not have a product for 2-door Wranglers. Confirm your year and Alpine subwoofer option before ordering.
Yes, and this is the main reason people buy it. The lid locks independently of the tailgate, so your gear stays locked with the Jeep completely open.
As shown in our video, SquadBox can support the weight of a grown adult or two. Do not place unsecured items or people on top while the vehicle is in motion.
The materials are impervious to water, snow and mud, but the box does not seal the Jeep itself. Water still finds its way past roll bars and tub edges on any Wrangler. SquadBox works with any tonneau cover if you want more protection.
The JLU interior measures approximately 37" W × 31" D × 15" H — over 10 cubic feet, not including the lockable side compartments.
Most owners finish in an afternoon. No cutting or drilling, hand tools only. Instructions and a video are included.
