Shipping
Most SquadBox units are made to order and typically ship in about 3 weeks. You get tracking when the order leaves. Contiguous US shipping is a flat $165 at checkout.
Virginia, Maryland, and D.C.: choose $100 ship to your address, or bring your Jeep to our shop in Upper Marlboro, Maryland for free installation (about 3 hours; we coordinate an appointment).
Accessories only (MOLLE, rails, and similar): flat $50 shipping in the contiguous US.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: contact us for a freight quote before ordering. For Canada, duties and tariffs may be due on receipt.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate order and shipping information. Orders needing corrections due to inaccurate information may be charged to the person placing the order. See our shipping FAQ for more.
Returns
Orders returned to SquadBox must first contact us at info@squadbox.us to obtain a return item code (RIC) before shipping anything back. Returns within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
Any order returned for any reason other than the responsibility of SquadBox is subject to a 15% restocking fee and possible damage fees pending inspection of the product upon its return. Return shipping is on you. If we shipped the wrong thing or it arrived damaged, we cover everything.
About the restocking fee: these are built to order and freight is expensive. That is why a 15% restocking fee applies when the return is not our fault.
Refunds: For any order cancellation or return, SquadBox reserves the right for net 30 days for processing of all refunds.
Warranty
3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, to the original buyer under normal use. Proof of purchase required. Does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidents, or normal wear. Email info@squadbox.us to start a claim.
